Meatball Minestrone
This is a beef-based stock soup, with tasty little meatballs, zucchini, carrots, white beans, tomatoes, cabbage and fresh herbs and spices. This soup may also be ordered as vegetarian.

Lentil soup with sausage and swiss chard
just the right amount of lentils, leeks, garlic , carrots and celery, and gresh swiss chard. The sausage is a chicken sausage infused with chipotle peppers, so the soup has a bit of a kick. It can be ordered with milder sausage,

Coconut squash and shrimp stew
This is a Thai-style soup with a vegetable broth/coconut milk base with squash, fresh ginger, red bell pepper, fresh herbs and lime. This is not a hot (spicy) soup. Vegetarians can order the soup with tofu instead of shrimp, for special orders of two or more servings.

Newspaper Stew
The soup du jour is "Newspaper Stew", a recipe from Boulder, CO daily. This hearty stew has a chicken stock base, chicken and chicken sausage, potatoes,green beans, carrots and celery, and numerous fresh herbs and spices. A great, filling entree stew.

Coconut curry chicken soup
This is an aromatic, creamy and spicy Thai-type soup, but with more noodles and vegetables, Spinach and pea pods. Green onion and shallots. Cilantro, curry and red chiles. And swimming in that spicy coconutty mix, shredded rotisserie chicken. Lime garnish. A soup with visual appeal.

Souped-up Chicken Noodle
this Chicken Noodle features free-range chicken, my own chicken stock, vegetables, fresh ginger, garlic, and a little lemon and dill. a soup that your mom or grandma would love! and actually good for your soul!

Turkey Chili with Black Beans and Peppers
Chili of a different sort with succulent chunks of grilled turkey breast, sweet peppers. tomatoes, onions, and some unique herbs, flavorings and spices in a veggie broth/tomato base. It's a moderately spicy blend. Served with garnishes of cilantro, green onions, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.

Roasted Red Pepper Bisque with Shrimp
Roasted Pepper Bisque with Shrimp. The soup has a veggie stock base, and is a creamy mix of roasted yellow and red peppers, carrots, onions, herbs, spices, shrimp and a little cream. My favorite soup to make ‘cause it smells so good.
